The Anthropocene is the geological era where humans have a major impact on Earth’s geological development. Not only can we find the traces of human activitiy in the soil of the earth, life itself also carries the inventiveness of human kind in ‘human altered’ genes, trough domestication or genetical modification. Anthropogenetics illustrates the human tempering with genetics in the future. The etchings on ceramics will be located over thousands of years and may be excavated by new generations of intelligent life at a certain point in time.
